Brickviller Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 Oversized Image I had an extreme explosion of creativity. When I saw the new cargo train and the old 7740 intercity I saw many similarities between the two. So I wanted to know how 7939 would look with passenger cars behind it. So I made one wiht lego digital designer, later I modified it and had another one, etc. I don't know if I will ever buy one because they're so expensive but I think they do look good. here's the folder where you can download them, also the locomotive from 7939 is made ( but you can't check the price because of the Universe pieces) but the wagons can even be ordered http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=445195 Tell me what you think EDIT: Oversized image removed by moderator -TheBrickster Quote
BillytheKid Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I think it's a good moc. But be aware to use the 7740..... It's holy for me as diehard 12v AFOL ;) . Quote
Legoist Posted September 11, 2010 Posted September 11, 2010 I had the opposite thinking. When I saw the current cargo train locomotive, I too immediately thought of the 12V IC train and wondered: why didn't they just make the cargo loco front identical/similar to that of the 12V IC? It was so much cooler! This new front single-piece is boring. Quote
Brickaroo Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 I think it's a good moc. But be aware to use the 7740..... It's holy for me as diehard 12v AFOL ;) . Agreed. Quote

Pet-Lego Posted September 13, 2010 Posted September 13, 2010 It looks quite nice and with all the yellow it even has a Dutch look ;) Wonder how it will look when build and on the track. Quote
