I don't want to hijack another ones thread, so I make my own.

Here are two pics of my Hoplite Army.

First one is a quick and dirty Photoshop composition. The second one is unaltered. Enjoy.

Nice positioning. Those Spartan warriors look awesome with their spears held out!

Fire is a very good idea. Great composition overall.

I love that first picture the effect is just great. I position my Spartans in the exact way they look great that way

Thank you for your comments. I replaced the faces of the warriors and put them in another order. I'm very happy with it. I will post a few new pics at the weekend. These guys are amazing.

Nice! You sure do have a niche for Photo Shop.

This is one instance where it would be cool to have rectangular shields like the Trojans (?) did

The King...

...and his army. On top of the arc is the army most vicious warrior. He kept the double swords of an enemy slain by him.

Other angles.

After the fight the warriors came back and had a few hours to relax. They eat, talk and laugh.

And if all of this gets boring, there is still the persian slave girl left

I like the variation and the posing of the figures around the fire. I can appreciate this type of army building.

Great Spartan army Plissken, the way you presented them is even much better! I simply love the first shot, great effect resembling the dark somber atmosphere of 300. I agree the positioning of the Spartans with the spears held out is also fantastic.

Thats a nice little army! They look so cool lined up. I kinda laughed when I saw the "helmet stands".
