Star Wars figures slightly modified

Recent minifigures look sooo much better than they used to. Who's the wizard they put in charge of minifig design? He or she has my eternal respect and gratitude.

That said, here are some of my own variations on official Star Wars minifigs. Trying to add little bits to make them even more like their real movie counterparts.

(The Princess Leia photo didn't turn out so well. Considering these are un-touched-up, I'm fairly satisfied with the rest. Still learning to do it properly, though!)

It's an excellent idea to put the surfer's hair to Luke.

Good job! If I may make a suggestion, try Episode 4 Han. Dark blue holster pants, fleshie black vest body, and the head and hair of your Skiff Han.

Nice subtle mods on these existing SW MFs - they look much better than the official ones. I like the new hair for slave Leia. But what mod(s) to did you do to Boba? I can't seem to find it.

Ahhh, the Boba stuff is very subtle. Changed the colour of his arms, legs and hips. I found the actual Boba Fett less colourful than Lego's latest rendition. I consider it a good thing you didn't notice the change - apparently it feels natural, then.

There are one or two minor changes I'd like to inflict upon the official stormtrooper... Will be doing that when I get the parts.

Good idea. I'll look into it. A version of that, but with these brown legs, I can do already. The blue legs would have to be ordered, but I was gonna do that sooner or later anyway. It's the iconic Han, isn't it, with blue legs? So yes, will do!

Great mods. Your Luke looks way better than the official one. That surfers hair is a great idea.

These aren't drastic changes, but they certainly make the figs look alot more like the movie characters!

It's surprising how much difference these subtle changes make. Luke looks great - I've got to get me some surf-dude hair. And your slave Leia looks way more sexy than the official version (is it wrong to say that about a minifig?). BTW I think the Leia photo is fine - you should post some of your pics in the Star Wars Lego Photography thread.
