I love your MOC Anna - you've used some great techniques - I like the overall feeling that this MOC brings out :) @lightningtiger: SlyOwl has been using the hat technique for quite a few years now :) (but that does not make Anna's use of it any less good. Techniques are definitely meant to be used between different MOCers :) ) Quote
