evildead Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Hi everyone! It is time to show you my last creation... St. James State Prison But, not everything goes well in St. James. It looks like the Group Photography Day has come and all the prison guards are too focused on the photo instead of their job, so they don't realise what's going on... The Golden Tooth Brothers are escaping and it's up to you to find them as soon as possible! Good luck! Click in the link below so you can find them all! Flickr Mocpages Quote
Sawyer Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Nice ideas for the fugitives! The one in the box is hilarious Quote
The Yellow Brick Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 (edited) Great work evildead I see a prisoner climbing up a ladder and the Balloons are awesome Edited August 26, 2010 by The Red Brick Quote
SilentMode Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Excellent work on this MOC! I like what you did with the towers of the main buiding, as well as the use of those lettered tiles. The only thing else I can think of to say is, "I'd buy that for [a lot more than] a dollar!" Quote
Diaaabo Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Like I told you before, I especially like the towers and the guy in the box Quote
prateek Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Great job with the fugitives but the real star is the actual building! I love the facade, and the towers are very cool too Quote
zeki Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 This is one amazing moc! The design of a prison is outstanding, but the escaping prisoners are the best! I'm a conformist! Quote
lightningtiger Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Excellent and FUNNY at the same time - the guy in the box has that 'The Goodies' feel about it and that copter must be piloted by the ghost of Charles Bronson ! Great work there 'evildead' and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Captain Bayonet Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 There is only one word to describe this MOC... EPIC. The technique you used for the towers never gets old. Oh, and I love the prisoner sliding down the electrical pole! Quote
evildead Posted August 27, 2010 Author Posted August 27, 2010 Thanks for all the comments you guys! I'm glad you liked it! It gave me an enormous pleasure building it and imagining fantastic new ways of getting out of jail... I still had more ideas, but these ones were the easiest to build... Quote
workfromtheheart Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I must say, this is nice! I like the details, colors, towers, sqauriness... So, I like it all! :) Quote
metalgearsolid Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Great MOC! I saw it on Flickr yesterday and blogged about it almost immediately(Link). Looks like a really fun set to play with! Quote
evildead Posted August 30, 2010 Author Posted August 30, 2010 I must say, this is nice! I like the details, colors, towers, sqauriness... So, I like it all! :) Thanks for the highlight! And here are the pictures of the several ways of escaping from prison: Quote
L@go Posted August 31, 2010 Posted August 31, 2010 Don't know how I missed this first time around - it's an amazing MOC, I love it! The design would look great in any town - it's a building that stands out a bit, with the towers and all. I'd love to add something like this to my collection. Well done - and the story with the escaping prisoners is just hilarious! Quote
Redcross Posted September 2, 2010 Posted September 2, 2010 (edited) The symmetry of the prison structure and surrounds adds to the success of this great build. Another escape method could perhaps be one of the prisoners dressed as a guard ready to bolt after the photo. Edited September 2, 2010 by Redcross Quote
evildead Posted September 3, 2010 Author Posted September 3, 2010 The symmetry of the prison structure and surrounds adds to the success of this great build. Another escape method could perhaps be one of the prisoners dressed as a guard ready to bolt after the photo. It's funny you mentioned that because I have a picture with that situation, but I decided not to chose it... Quote
