JaseTJ Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 (edited) MAJOR EDIT: I figured instead this could just be a sub-Thread for Mythological MOCs, preferably centered around this basic Theme.. And I'll hopefully post some of my own stuff if I can use my sister's camera. Theme Name: Greek Myths Basic Description of Theme: Sets Based on ancient Greece, including mythological creatures 3-4 Basic Set Ideas within the Theme: Basically Centaurs, Fawns, and Greeks, vs. Minotaurs, Romans and maybe some other well known mythological creatures. Basic Age group for theme: Probably around 7-14 yrs. Also: I can imagine there being a three dollar type set with a Medusa, and a couple collectible sets of the 12 Olypians. So pretty much Percy Jackson except not modern.. Edited August 25, 2010 by JaseTJ Quote
Captain Bayonet Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 What?! I'm the first to reply? Anyways I second the Greek theme. But I would also like to see an Egyptian theme. Pharoah's, Gods, Khopesh, and all that other wonderful stuff. I'm a conformist! ~Bayonet Quote

The Green Brick Giant Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 Monster hunters:a group of medeval characters who travel to places like, haunted castles, monster infested swamps, dragon lairs,ect.... I really like that idea, kind of a Halloween theme and Scooby Doo. Quote
Dr.Cogg Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 (edited) Well I thought it would be cool and expand the castle universe ,also you could make it a sub theme so the kingdoms theme would be there for the people who just like human vs human sets and the Monster Hunter theme would be there for the people who like medeval Fantasy sets. Lord of the bricks Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I would also like to see monster hunters theme. I am a fan of a fan of a game with a same name http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/Monster_Hunter_Wiki. I think it could be a great success for TLC. Quote
Captain Blackmoor Posted August 27, 2010 Posted August 27, 2010 I think Egypt would be awesome, pyramids, scarabs and more. Not only the culture is interesting, but the whole civilization is interesting. I would also like to see the early beginnings of the age of sail, around 1500. Think about Columbus but also the wonderful architecture in the cities. The Renaissance, religion wars, all very interesting. Quote

Cwetqo Posted August 28, 2010 Posted August 28, 2010 Well, it seems like we vill be getting egyptian theme after all. Any ideas on waht sets ould we get? Pyramid is in my opinion a no-go, so we will probably get some temples tombs, carts and so on... I wonder if there will also be slaves, since they were key part of egyptian life, Quote
