Toys N Bricks forum issues

Evertime when I start a new thread on the Toys N Bricks forum, I came up with this:

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Incorrect string value: '\xE2\x80\x8Ben!...' for column 'post_text' at row 1 [1366]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Does this mean that the forum is broken?

It seems to be working for me. What character set are you using? You may be entering illegal characters that the MySQL backend database engine doesn't like.
