BrickWild Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 (edited) My own version of the Loop-O-Plane fairground ride, based off a design by Markku Jääskeläin! It is operated by a wheel at the back and it really folds up for road use! Here's the ride in its packed position! Here is Markku's version! Here's the real thing: Edited June 24, 2011 by Rufus Indexed Quote
SilentMode Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Excellent build! And props to you for making the whole thing fold up for transportation. Not sure if I'd want to have a go in one of those... Quote
The Yellow Brick Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Could we get a video of it in action anytime soon ??? Quote
TheWarden Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 (edited) Very nice recreation of this fair ride except... No doors! It'd look better and more believable it you worked in a cage, grill, or mesh-like element. It could be clipped onto both sides of each ride cockpit using 1x1 clip plates (or something else depending on what door you use). Safety first! Bonus points for the transport breakdown feature. Very novel. Edited August 20, 2010 by TheWarden Quote
Vincent Kessels Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Nice ride, but I loved to see more from your houses in the background. Quote
