SilentMode Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Been waiting forever for my BrickLink orders, so I decided to try my hand at making custom parts. I would have to do it at some point anyway. These came fresh off the press last night (apologies for the blurry photo): From left to right: Plasma sword (a.k.a. Zero's sword from the Mega Man series) Made out of strip styrene. I liked the simplified triangular version of the sword in more recent games. "Cloud" sword (from you-know-where) Also made out of strip styrene, and a little bit wonky. I'm not really familiar with the game it's from. Whip sword Made from Lego pieces. The handle is a modified lightsabre hilt, painted over with lacquer paint; the blade is a long antenna with the stud and the point removed. Enjoy! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Very interesting custom weapon designs you got there, SilentMode. I'm not that familiar with those weapons but they do look like too large for a minifig to hold (or is that what it's supposed to look like?). Quote

The first two are indeed too big, when compared to a Lego-made sword - I didn't take proper measurements at the time. The whip sword is about the right length. Quote
