Leo-J Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 ===== SPECS ===== Class: Starfighter Personnel: 2 (Pilot + Navigator) Length : 28.5m Width : 16.75m Weight: Undisclosed Max Speed: Undisclosed Armament: 1 Supersized Ion Blaster Defense: Force Field, Signature Damper Energy source: Fusion Reactor (Primary), Energy Cells (Secondary) Propulsion: 2 Hyperdrive Thrusters for hyperspace travel, 2 Ion Rockets for normal Realspace speeds, 2 Reactionless Thrusters just for kicks Manufacturer: Space Homeys Interstellar Technologies™ Affiliation : Agency for Shroud of Stealth™ The Serrator was initially envisioned to probe black holes in deep space. But its hull design, though not intentional, was not fit for such expeditions as observed in its maiden voyage. The jagged edges ripped the black hole and time continuum during hyperspace travel. The Serrator was then assigned in the BTBSA (behind-the-back sneak attack) Fleet where it slices through enemy lines like a serrated knife. It's maneuverability is well-suited for surgical strikes with pinpoint accuracy. More pics in MOCpages or Brickshelf Quote
TheWarden Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) Oh, that's sexy. Nice shaping on this. I have some of those side slope pieces, but never chained them together. Underutilized piece, I think. Nice scaly... reptilian feel to this technique. Front... hmmm.... why do I wanna see two of those cannons there... one out of each of the front end areas of the above mentioned piece. Just throwing around ideas. OneSnowTrooper Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Really creative work there, I think if you make this in MF scale it would still be awesome. Quote

XimenaPaulina Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Another nice creation Leo-J! The 'serrated' design does live up to its name. Very clever use of the black slope pieces indeed. Quote
Stash2Sixx Posted August 21, 2010 Posted August 21, 2010 Manufacturer: Space Homeys Interstellar Technologies™ LOL, Smooth! Great microscale design here. The lines on this flow very nicely. Quote
Legostein Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Hello! The hull looks like the scales of a fish, and it resembles a very interesting technique, well worth to remember! Thanks for sharing, Christopher Quote
