Hello,

My name is Jijin, and I live in Perth, Australia. I've been using Eurobricks for a while now, but had not thought about signing up until now. I have found Eurobricks' set reviews very helpful in making purchase decisions. Once, I didn't understand why someone would go to the trouble of taking photos of the building process of a set, including box shots, how many bags, etc. Now I know that it can help the rest of us! Many thanks to those who have done this.

Now that I am seeking out good deals on Lego, I find myself consulting the "Aussie sales!" topic frequently. And I would like to contribute, so here I am, trying to make my necessary quota to post.

Anyway, I got Lego as a kid, but didn't tinker around with it much, only built the sets. Then I moved and had to sell most of it (a move I now regret :cry_sad: ). I kept some of my Technic, but soon entered a 10-year dark age.

Now I have been reborn once I joined a group of fellow AFOLs. All I needed was a support group of fellow Lego lovers - I should have done this years ago! I am a member of the Perth Adult Lego Society, and currently doing a massive sorting (does that make you cringe?)

Thank you for reading this and many thanks for maintaining this fantastic site.

Regards,

slopemodified

Hello slopemodified, welcome to Eurobricks (from a fellow Aussie). Massive sortings make me cringe too! Whenever I start doing one, I usually find an interesting piece, think of a MOC it might look good in and then get side tracked doing that (rather than sorting) Cheers!
