workfromtheheart Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 Hello there, I allready entered the community some time ago, but I decided to try to become more active here, so I wanted to introduce myself properly. My name is Ruben Ras, but online I use the name workfromtheheart. I was born in 1988 and I live in a small town in the Netherlands, called Urk. I'm a fulltime primary school teacher and I train in Hapkido four times a week. Besides LEGO I like to read and build websites. Some things I've build to give you an idea what my style is: More on Flickr, or my personal website www.mocsfromtheheart.com. Quote

Minxter Posted August 15, 2010 Posted August 15, 2010 Welcome to the forums. So you´re training martial arts, is it fun? I´m starting on aikido myself in two weeks Minxter Quote
workfromtheheart Posted August 15, 2010 Author Posted August 15, 2010 So you´re training martial arts, is it fun? Yes it's a lot of fun. I train both styles of Hapkido, with lots of kicks, rolls and circels. And also Hankumdo, witch is swordfighting. In fact next saturday we have an exam, where we have to 'write' the Korean alphabet with swordtechniques. Quote
