It seems to me that, if you were only going to have two motors, you'd call them small and large.

Instead, while reading this, it seems there is "M" (medium) and "XL" (extra large, one would assume).

I'm wondering if anyone knows of plans to release any other sizes... a smaller motor would be VERY interesting, I think.

Sorry, but I'm sure we'd all like to see a small motor and a small 1 AA battery box, but it'll probably never happen. It'd also be nice to have technic and stud mounts, but they didn't did they.

So, I go to the movie theater and ask for a small drink.

They say "you mean medium."

I say, "no, small..."

"We don't have small, we have medium, large, and extra large."

"So... medium is small, large is medium, and extra large is large?"

"No, we don't have small..."

On the stagnant Lego Technic Designers Blog website http://technic.lego.com/en-us/Designers/AskADesigner/Default.aspx , I specifically asked TLG months ago whether there would ever be a Power Functions "Small" motor. I got no answer. I e-mailed Lego Customer Service again in mid-July 2010 with this message:

"Why does nobody answer my question about possible future Lego Power Functions "small" motors on the Lego Technic Designers Blog website http://technic.lego.com/en-us/Designers/AskADesigner/Default.aspx ? No new answers have been posted since November 3, 2009. This page is static, so does anybody even update this? If not, get rid of it."

Here's the non-answer I got from Lego Customer Service:

"As for the lack of updates to the Designer's Blog, I do not know when our Designers will have the opportunity to answer your questions. I have forwarded your comments to them in the hope that the web page is continued and does not remain stagnant."

I'm still waiting for an answer.
