Question: Max minifigure

Hey all,

I have a question:

I've seen this actual Max Minifigure in a polybag on bricklink, and I was wondering where do you get them? Because my local Lego store doesn't have them, and I just got back from Legoland/Santa Monica and they said they'd never heard of it! So, is it a promotional just-european thing, or is it something else?

I believe it's a promo that was only given out to Lego Club members that attended a one-time event at the Lego Store.
