Custom Call of Duty Figures

does anyone know how to build any Call of Duty or style characters, without the use of decals, cutting, sculpey etc. I currently have a group of special forces, however I wish to rebuild some scenes of the Modern Warfare series, so actual characters are required. Does anyone have any way of finding any CoD-esque characters in your usual pile of bricks?

I recommend using torsos and heads from the Dino 2010 line, and perhaps this head for Ghost, just like Tac did in one of his MOCs.
