castlestrike666 Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 (edited) Our LEGOclub has been approached by a group of Trainlovers who wanted to see their favourite traintrack build in LEGO. Due to the fact it's a few 100 years old, and dates back from the old days, I thought it could find its place here on the 'History' topic. I volunteered to make the church of Olloy, a city in which the train is passing by, and here's what I currently have. The three most left pictures are taken today: - Brickshelf - Any comments or critics are more then welcome! I'll keep you updated when more has come! Kind Regards castlestrike666. castlestrike666 Posted July 27, 2010 Author Posted July 27, 2010 The folder isn't public yet, do you mind deeplinking a few for us? I'd love to, but the pics are too oversized.. Tried to shrink them but they turned out completely black then Quote
Stiel Posted July 27, 2010 Posted July 27, 2010 You can still give a link to the pics (use the link tag, not the pic tag). Quote

Tycho McKorley Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 (edited) It looks like this is going to be amazing when you have it finished. I really like the method you adopted for the flower window (I don't have a better name for it) on the right in this picture. Edited July 30, 2010 by Tycho McKorley Quote
Sisco Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 I love the method that you used for the stairs! I'm going to have to steal borrow that sometime. Quote
Smack Posted July 28, 2010 Posted July 28, 2010 Wow what an impressive beginning to what should be an incredible creation! I agree the stairs look fantastic as does the side window. I can't wait to see the finished product. Great work!! Quote
