Omicron Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 When crime terrorizes the city and the police cannot stop them, it is time to call for the S.W.A.T Team. Armed with the top of the line gear, these boys will put a stop on the gangsters and crazy people that swarm the place. Due to the popularity of both our UN Helmets and Police Shields we figured y'all would like some BF S.W.A.T gear, which are currently available in our shop. SWAT Helmet SWAT Shield But why stop there? You can also accessorize your SWAT team with the gunbelt, nightstick, and goggles! -Omi Quote
AoNZ Posted July 13, 2010 Posted July 13, 2010 Definitely will have to get some. Nice to see more printed items coming along Quote

lightningtiger Posted July 14, 2010 Posted July 14, 2010 Ah, now that take me back to the 1970's and the TV show S.W.A.T. ! The shields and helmets perfect for any minifig uprising ! Wish they were avaliable somewhere in Australia ! Anyway, I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Ras 74 Posted July 15, 2010 Posted July 15, 2010 I made a S.W.A.T guy once. But with this new helet and shield, it would be the best. Need to order some of these definatley! Quote

miniflea Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Shouldn't there be another period after the letter T? Quote
LuxorV Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 Shouldn't there be another period after the letter T? Actually, in most countries there is no period after any of the letters (as far as I know). Anyway, since here there is one after each of the first 3 letters, the T should probably have one too. Quote

legosgalore Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 The San Diego S.W.A.T is spelled the same as on the helmet and shield shown here. Quote

AllanSmith Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Thanks for clearing the mistery If you go to the San Diego Police web site you will see it is spelt with periods after each initial. Quote
LuxorV Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 Well, let's close this little of-topic discussion on periods, shall we. In the end, the presence of a real, wanted or un-wanted typo can make these some very special collcetion items, much like misprinted stamps Quote
