I wrote to LEGO customer service about the Spaceman minifigure and this was there response:

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

We do apologize but on July 28th we ended up running out of stock of the Classic SPACEMAN magnet.

The SPACEMAN magnet set for while supplies last.

We were hoping to have stock available until July 31st, but ran out just a few days shy which is

why the promotion was removed from our website

.

Man, I wished they had released the Slave-I a little bit earlier than they did. I was waiting for it to show up in the store and knew the order would be over $75.
