The only thing that drew my attention was the sketchy facts.

But when you accused me there was only one fact, which was that you saw me up last night.

I have also noticed you said this yesterday when Harriet Pewter was being looked into,

The fact that she was quiet and was up to something during the night does not really build enough for a case.

So how come you are going after me? Miss Harriet did the exact same thing as me but you want to protect her? This contradicting doesn't stand well with me.

After giving it much thought, I think that it is logical to think that there is five Deathly Hallowed. I think that there is at least one Hallowed from each house and at least one on the staff. Also it would seem logical that these five probably voted yesterday to condemn Angela. So I have made a list listing each person who voted by their House.

Hufflepuff:

Rhubarb Uxley, Head of Hufflepuff House (Escape the Fate)

Nene Grandstaff (Millacol88)

Prion the Centaur, (Forresto)

Slytherin:

Todd "Bulltoad" Bulstrode, (Roncanator)

Jolie Jadis, (Lord Arjay)*

Ravenclaw:

Sicilia Bathory, Head of Ravenclaw House (Eskallon)

Valerie MacArthur, (Inconspicuous)

Gryffindor:

Neville Longbottom, Head of Gryffindor House (professor flitwick)

Rocky Broomwell, (sok117)

Xander Lovegood, (CallMePie)

Desiree Jackson, (badboytje88)

Staff:

Eloquence Malleus, teacher of Transfigurations (Shadows)

Tea Ching, teacher of Divination (iamded)

---

The people who have voted today that voted yesterday are here:

For Bulltoad:

Xander Lovegood, (CallMePie) R

Sicilia Bathory, Head of Ravenclaw House (Eskallon) R

Nene Grandstaff (Millacol88) H

For Harriet:

Rocky Broomwell, (sok117) G

Desiree Jackson, (badboytje88) G

Just looking at this presents us five people who have voted yesterday and today. Interestingly enough there are five hear which would match the presumed number of Deathly Hallowed. I would like to make a note that Jolie Jadis, (Lord Arjay) has been arguing all day against his fellow Slytherin Harriet and Bulltoad. Might I also remind you that Jolie, Harriet and Bulltoad are the last remaining Slytherin students. So it would seem that Jolie may be in fact be a Deathly Hallowed. So looking at my list and Jolie

I think that these people have a high chance of being Deathly Hallowed:

Sicilia Bathory, Head of Ravenclaw House (Eskallon) R

Xander Lovegood, (CallMePie) R

Nene Grandstaff (Millacol88) H

Rocky Broomwell, (sok117) G

Jolie Jadis, (Lord Arjay) S

These people come from every House, and one of them is a Staff member also. Please consider this quickly since we do not have much time left in the day, and let me know what you think.

But for now I Vote: Jolie Jadis, (Lord Arjay)

unvote: Harriet Pewter/YG-49

Now I don't know who to vote for... Some people have been awefully silent, while others indeed might have been talking a little bit too much...

I think there has beenn some misunderstanding's and I truly don't want to condemn someone for this.

It seems the day will end without a conviction. Ah well.

I think you're assuming too much. In these games of life it's not unheard of to have a person who gets two votes. I think you should drop that for now until we find out more.

In addition, I think that these votes flying around are ridiculous. You actually expect Bulltoad to tell everyone his night action? :sceptic: I'm getting suspicious of Xander now, especially after his last remark. And although Jolie makes big lists and uses "logic", I've often found many assumptions that could possibly lead all of her conclusions astray. However, I don't think that's enough evidence against either of them, nor anyone for that matter. I think I'll refrain from voting unless actual evidence comes up.

Maybe my logic is flawed. I never considered the fact that someone could control two votes.

I've already said that and was told I was assuming to much.

*snip*

I don't think that list holds any value, much like my previous list. It is possible that one of the Hallowed, knowing that Angela was innocent refused to vote for her.

What? There are several flaws here. Firstly you forget Loki Mafloy, second why on earth would I try to get rid of my fellow skytherin if I knew that they would be innocent and I would be left as the guilty one. Thirdly your list is based on those who vote with no evidence to back it up. Why should those who take action be punished? Finally I argued against Harriet because I knew we will end up in the same place tommorow and Harriet was the safest option. Miss Kingston brought up Bulltoad not me.

We shall see what the night holds then.

Also Xander is from Gryffindor not Ravenclaw. *huh*

Well you have stated your suspicions, though I was only going at Harriet as we had no better options. Maybe this will change your mind?

<snip>

That's all good and well, and I can see you've done a lot of work, but I was actually asking Desiree Jackson (badboytje88)to provide a logical reason for her suggestion of letting Cuddles roam the corridors un-stunned. Thank you for all the effort you put in to providing a logical reason for your suggestion though!

Secondly I thought the Hallowed/Innocents were about 50/50 so the chance Cuddles would eat a Hallowed would be as big as eating an innocent.

<snip>

But if you state that there are more innocents than Hallowed, then I would like to take back my words. If there are more innocents, then Cuddles should be petrified every night!

Well then, I see this was just a misunderstanding. It would have been a reasonable risk were the ratio of Innocents to Hallowed 1:1, but it is not and I see that you realise the true risk and take back your words. So, I hereby unvote: Desiree Jackson/badboytje88.

Hmm, there are so many accusations flying around every which way. It's all quite confusing. I think we've established that landing a conviction at this hour is unlikely, so we shall see what the night brings us. Here's hoping for something good, for once...

Thank-you, for giving me a second chance. :classic: I'll try and give some more... Expressive views from now on.

I will for now, hold my vote against Bulltoad for today. Maybe I can decide what to do at Night..

Final vote tally:

Harriet Pewter/YG-49: 1 (sok117)

Bulltoad Bulstrode/Roncanator: 4 (Zepher, Eskallon, Millacol88, CallMePie)

Jolie Jadis/Lord Arjay: 1 (Escape The Fate)

Voting is now closed, and Day Three ended without conviction.

The Auror Deparment had had Hogwarts under tight surveillance for three days now, yet somehow the agents had been unable to prevent the tragedies taking place at nights. It wasn't incompetence by any means, but there was something big going on in the School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, something that even the famed Aurors were helpless against.

hm-daythree-end2.jpg

"All clear up here!" shouted Auror O'Frallahay to his colleague from the bridge leading to the Forbidden Forest. O'Frallahay still remembered the Battle of Hogwarts twenty years ago, and then he hoped he would never have to see anything like that. Yet now, children were dying again...

"All clear, not a single soul in sight", Auror Badminton-Jones hollered back. She had been approved as an Auror just months ago, and this was her first real assignment. Both excitement and fear raced in her mind.

But the sun was setting, and that was the time when bad things started to happen.

hm-daythree-end3.jpg

The other Aurors found them some time later, lying lifeless right where they had spoken their last words to each other. Before this, the Aurors hadn't realized the severity of the situation, but the deaths of agents O'Frallahay and Badminton-Jones proved what a great danger they all were in.

hm-daythree-end4.jpg

Inside, the residents of Hogwarts were joylessly consuming dinner. They had failed to find out anything during the day, and they knew another rough night was ahead of them. Questions rose in each of their minds. Why were they still here? Why hadn't they all been shipped off to New Azkaban for interrogations? Could Professor Lastrada be still alive, after being missing for three days? What did the Death's Hallowed want? And on top of all, who would be the next to die?

hm-daythree-end5.jpg

Those thoughts were interrupted as the leading Aurors Potter and Weasley stepped into the Great Hall, looking grim. They informed the faculty and students of the deaths of the Auror agents.

hm-daythree-end6.jpg

"This is no longer a matter of Hogwarts only", Auror Potter announced. "Officials of the Ministry have died, and the fate of the whole wizarding community hangs at balance. I will now speak directly to those of you who belonged to the crazied cult calling themselves the Death's Hallowed: whatever you are after, your ways will not grant it to you. Violence and oppression will not get you anywhere. Voldemort tried it time and time again, and I defeated him every time, ultimately for good at the Battle of Hogwarts. Hear me as I swear that each and every one of you will be punished for the crimes you have committed here!"

"It's alright, Harry, just calm down", Auror Weasley appeased his boss. "Just so you know, Headmistress McGonagall, none other than the Minister of Magic will pay a visit to Hogwarts tomorrow. You lot have a great deal of explaining to do!"

With those words, the Aurors left the hall, leaving a perplexed crowd to stare after them. Quickly the headmistress ushered them to settle down for the night. As if any of them could.

It is now night-time, so please send in your night actions as soon as possible.
