-Brickaholic- Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 This is my first post on this forum. I made this MOC of a Rottne H-20 tree harvester. The MOC isnt finished yet because i ran out of ideas/parts to make the arm and the harvesting head. It's probably abit bigger than mini fig scale. I also wanted to make the articulated join so that it could rotate side to side and up and down at the same time but i didnt really have any of the right parts or the knowledge to be able to do that. I found it hard when trying to make MOCs of things because although i have a fair bit of lego i dont have enough parts to really experiment when making complicated things. I probably wont end up finishing the MOC as i am bored of Lego now. I'm in the process of sorting all my lego and putting it onto a bricklink store. I would sell this to someone if they were interested and if not it will probably just be taken apart again and sold for parts... EDITED BY MODERATOR: 3072 x 2304 images removed Brickshelf Link Quote
lightningtiger Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Actually '-Brickaholic-' it's very good so far, the crane boom etc., is all you need to work out. Judging by the image of a real one to scale up to, it looks okay for minifigs especially the drivers cabin. Keep on going and really I'm a conformist! ! Quote
CarrollFilms Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Dude this is amazing. Have you tried adding tiles so it wasn't studded, anyway this is super cool. Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted July 4, 2010 Posted July 4, 2010 Really nice - but can you make the pictures a little larger so we can all see them? Seriously, our site guidelines are images no larger then 800x600. Usually, 640x480 works just fine. Please resize your images or they will be removed. Much appreciated. Quote

WesternOutlaw Posted July 5, 2010 Posted July 5, 2010 How do i do that? You'll find some useful tutorials here: EB Tutorial Index or Try doing some self study through Google Until you've figured it out, I've replaced your images with a link to your Brickshelf images. Quote
