Klaus-Dieter Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 Hello everybody! About one week ago I designed following MOCset with LDD: Multimedia Store You need a new TV, a computer or a radio? Then go to the multimedia store! This set includes a multimedia store with a lot of accessory: a TV, four screens, a ghetto blaster, two radios, a salesman and a woman with a suitcase. The outside: The inside from the one side: And from the other side: Like you surely see, I used a design very similar to the TRU shop in 7848. But I took off the air conditioning in order to that you can set one building directly next to the other and do not necassarily have to set it as a stand-alone. Comments are welcome! lightningtiger Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 Nice LDD creation 'Klaus' but there's not enough widescreen tv's on display. All those square screen are locked on Vista ! Keep on LDD'ing and I'm a conformist! ! Quote
prateek Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 Great! This reminds me of RadioShack or The Source (some small electronics stores) Quote
Klaus-Dieter Posted July 8, 2010 Author Posted July 8, 2010 (edited) Nice LDD creation 'Klaus' but there's not enough widescreen tv's on display. All those square screen are locked on Vista ! Keep on LDD'ing and I'm a conformist! ! Thanks, lightningtiger. Well, those square screens on the diesplay shall actually be Vista screens. Great! This reminds me of RadioShack or The Source (some small electronics stores) Thanks, prateek. I had more the German "Mediamarkt" in mind - supposably TLG did, too, when looking at this my creation since they did not insert it in my public LDD gallery (it got that red exclamation mark)(although I did not name it after a special real-exisiting multimedia store). XimenaPaulina Posted July 8, 2010 Posted July 8, 2010 Nice LDD MOC KD, really looks like a multimedia store. I noticed the radio/music player behind the POS, does anyone still use those? Just wonedrin' since we are now at the age of iPods, mp3/4 players and the like. Quote

But since TLG did nevertheless include one in last year's City Minifigure Collection and since it simply looks good and everybody knows what it should buy, I used it in this my MOCset, too.
