I have been working on this MOC for a little less than a year. I know it's not the biggest apocatown ever, but my time with Lego is limited. Anyways, here goes.

Warehouse

The Skull Twins have crashed into an abandoned warehouse, and are met with bullets as they climb out of their cockpit only to find two SEALs firing automatic weapons and launching grenades at them.

Meanwhile, Frenzy has managed to climb to the rotted roof where he eyes a Resistance Trooper looking down the sights of his machine gun.

The kindhearted zombie quietly devours his turkey leg while hiding from the gunfire.

Small Building

The Resistance Trooper was just about ready to launch his RPG at the Skull Twin's ship when Snake and Squidman sneak up behind him with death in their eyes. He pulls out his machette, hoping he can defend himself long enough for someone to see him and come to help.

Resistance HQ

A Resistance Trooper cleans out his shotgun when he hears a crash. Kranxx leaps out of his speeder and starts firing his spce blaster. A SEAL on top fires out of a turret at Frenzy.

Here's a link to the minifigs used in my town. Here's a link to my flickr set.

Hope you liked it!

Not bad at all, nicely done MOC CCA. pirate_thumbup.gif You managed to incorporate most of the SPIII aliens in one scene. I love the GG-inspired four-armed attack pose of Frenzy. Though the build of the warehouse is not that spectacular, but hey, it's an abandoned warehouse, what would I expect?

Thanks! Yea, I have managed to get all of the SPIII aliens except for Slizer. Part of the difficulty of building apocalypse-themed buildings is trying to get it to look dirty, but not too messy.

Not bad at all 'CCA' - the four armed alien is my favorite - he or it seems to be very happy !

I see someone is using Brickarms eh ?

Great crash scene and how do you know that zombie is friendly eh ?

I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

Thanks! :sweet: Yea, I love using Brickarms. I worked hard on the crash scenes to make them look better than just a ship lying on its side. The zombie looks more scared than scary. [of course TLG couldn't give kids nightmares ]

maybe some citizens would be in order. After all, it is a town.

I agree, I will add in some citizens in my next building.

Not bad! The only thing I think it is missing is some rubble... I mean it is an "Apocatown" anyways, isn't it?

Thanks! Yeah, I will work on adding in some more rubble too for the next part of my MOC.

Anyone have any ideas for stuff I should work on to make it better??

I'd recommend having more color control (the colors look to random) and possibly make the areas have a more constant structure so they look like they were buildings at one time instead of just rubble. I do like how you posed the minifigures and the barricades you made but it still needs some work.

Ok, thanks for the suggestions. The new section I made does resemble a building more than a pile of rubble like these look like. And I made these over a year ago, so I have gained some builder knowledge since then.
