Hey, all! My name is Brendan, and I am a 18 year old high school graduate who has followed this site for a long time.

I became aware of this site a few years ago as my interest in LEGO began to peak, and I have always took great interest in the avid discussion about LEGO themes and sets here, in which I could not find anywhere else. It was a painstaking wait not to join underage

I have been a LEGO lover for as long as I can remember. My earliest sets really reflected my core interests at the time, (6625) Speed Trackers and (6339) Shuttle Launch Pad. Looking back, my fondest memories involved the Insectoids, Rock Raiders and Life on Mars themes. However, as I became more technologically proficient as the decade wore on, I discovered themes I was either hardly aware, or completely unaware about: Blacktron, Ice Planet 2002, and Aquazone to name a few. I was not only allured to these themes as they reflected my sentimental 90's childhood, but also because they were far more complex and appealing to me than any other theme I grew up with (in my opinion).

Becoming a new collector of these classic themes, I can denote myself as being a Space fan, although I do take interest in the LEGO City and Underground themes as well! Other interests of mine include becoming a writer, being involved with acting, and learning more about Israel in hopes of traveling there. I am becoming fluent in German, and I am learning the basics of Hebrew.

It is a great honor to be a part of this community, and I will do all I can to contribute in the fellowship and development of this website!

Blessings,

Brendan (Apollo)

Being 10 years older than gluing was luckyenough as a child to have some of those sets you talk about. Luckily I still have them. I think you'll find EB can handle pretty much anything LEGO.

Enjoy!

If you ever do visit Israel, I would love to meet you.
