This is my first MOC. I built it for the Pirates MOC Bayonets at Dawn Contest, but I thought I should display it in the Historical Theme Forumn too.

I built it based on this painting for the famous Civil War Battle

Is this really necessary? You already posted it before in the Pirate forum this is just spam.

Still a pretty nice scene to be sure the little river running through is nice.

Sorry I thought that the Historical Western builders might like to see a Civil War Battle, if I broke some "rule" for double posting I'm sorry. Im sure you can tell by my post count that I am new. If I need to delete it, please tell me how

It's not a big a deal really. Just try not to do it again :classic: .

You aren't able to delete or close a topic. That's reserved for the staff of Eurobricks.

I don't really see a problem with him posting this here. He entered it into a contest in the Pirate Forum, which means that it may not get a lot of traffic from Historical fans. He is simply trying to give everyone an opportunity to see his creations.

BTW, great MOC. You really captured the battle in all its glory. I have never heard of this battle, but like almost every Civil War battle it appears that it was bloody and violent.

Thanks SWMAN, you hit it right on the head, I was simply trying to show folks who don't ever visit the Pirate Forum's my Western/Civil War themed MOC.
