Toa_Of_Justice Posted May 19, 2010 Posted May 19, 2010 Here's my latest MOC... SmartAir Why bother with airport security and rental car fees, when you can just rebuild your Small Car into a drivable airplane and fly to your destination yourself? It even holds the suitcase in the back! Bonus feature: The box can act as a hangar! Front View Side View Back View (a little blurry) Brickshelf Gallery (when public) By the way, my model uses all the pieces in the set (minus the extras). Enjoy! -Toa Of Justice Quote
prateek Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Great alternate! It would be funny seeing that drive/fly around a Lego town Quote
Derek Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Nice! This is great because of the small amount of pieces that are pretty specialized to begin with, you made something that is (somewhat) recognizable! Great Work! Quote
lightningtiger Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Cute build 'Toa_Of_Justice' - city meets classic space ! Keep on brioking ! Quote
Lord Arjay Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Really nice. Good use of the pieces in the set. Well Done! Keep on brioking ! Oh No, lightningtiger miss-spelt his own catchphrase! This can't be good. Quote
Toa_Of_Justice Posted May 20, 2010 Author Posted May 20, 2010 Thanks for the comments, everybody! Cute build 'Toa_Of_Justice' - city meets classic space ! Keep on brioking ! Thanks! Hmm...I'm not exactly sure how SmartAir would fit into Classic Space. For one thing, the driver isn't even wearing a space helmet. Could you please explain what you meant by that? -Toa Of Justice Quote

Could you please explain what you meant by that?-Toa Of Justice The classic space sets didn't have any way to keep air in. And the SPIII didn't in the first sets. I'm sure there's more... I tried building something with this set before, and it ended up as an unbalanced truck. Quote
Pyramid Posted May 20, 2010 Posted May 20, 2010 Wow! I wouldn't have recognized what set you made it from. It looks totally different! Great use of such a small palette of pieces! Quote

If not, I understand. -Toa Of Justice Quote
