I don't remember seeing anything about tags. Unless his citizens haven't half a brain between them I missed something somewhere? Wait, I think I just confused myself somehow.

(Spyderentio and def stabbing Walter Kovacs, if you couldn't already tell. ) Story: Walter was found resting by the river laying on an old sacrificial bed.
