Skull Ships

With LDD I can now revisit them...

This was the first: (The FragSkull)

The rest I've built with the help of LDD, I haven't been able to take pictures of many of their physical forms (need a new camera).

I try to make them as small as possible but roomy on the inside.

This is my last ship the Crossbones:

The wings swing down for landing. Hatch opens to a roomy interior. Yet its so small- note the SNOT on the bottom

Fine job on these, my favorate is the X wing style one. However my one suggestion would be replacing the blue with red.

Funny thing someone took my LDD of the first one and added red to it, as well as a golden tooth. By the way all on these are build-able.

most of them are rather roomy! Cross-section pics:

My smallest one can not fit the figs backpack, but does have a front access port and landing gear (all of them have some form of landing gear)

The pilot in this one is in full gear and is sitting in an ejection seat that shoots out the back, the landing gear is normally closed flush but here it is awkwardly open a little.

My favorite has lots of room for his gear, a pistol can store behind his seat.

Nice work on these, though I think the real-life model would look much better with white teeth over dark bley ones. Interesting cockpit designs, too.

I did build it, I do intend to rebuild my muted updated version.

The only thing here that I designed recently is the Crozzbone (I've been calling it)

You see, I had finished my dream collection, but I realized that the Fragskull was bigger than the outpost. That set in motion a effort to make ever smaller but fully functional ships.

These are great. My favorite is the one with the sharp teeth. The base is excellent as well.

Very nice base. I like those prototypes as well. Although, you could always just make a bigger base.
