Oh, you're probably referring to The Joker Henchmen Jacket in Purple and Black – from DC comics! Those decals were made by Capt. Kirk; I just added them to the index

P.S.: I reduced the text size a bit: 'Impact' is already an eye-catching enough a font, it doesn't need to be size 6
