Morgan19 Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Sindrioskar, Winter's Touch (Click for Flickr page) Winter time in the spring!? ;) BrickForge items used here include the helmet, scythes, pauldrons, and vambraces. (The overly large creepy hands are from an action figure.) m19 Quote
The Penguin Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 (edited) Looks really good, Morgan19! ) I'm not familiar with the character, but he looks really menacing. And reminds me of evil fantasy armored Mickey Mouse. Good day, ladiesa nd gentlemen. ) Edited May 7, 2010 by The Penguin Quote
Morgan19 Posted May 7, 2010 Author Posted May 7, 2010 (edited) I'm not familiar with the character That would make sense; he's an original creation. :) And reminds me of evil fantasy armored Mickey Mouse Ha! Awesome, I love the comparison, and now that you say it I absolutely agree. ;) m19 Edited May 7, 2010 by Morgan19 Quote
kill will Posted May 7, 2010 Posted May 7, 2010 Awesome! I love how you incorporate non Lego items into your customs, it really makes them unique. Quote
Morgan19 Posted June 10, 2010 Author Posted June 10, 2010 Gratze. :) That's one of the things I like about minifigs-- it's both easy and challenging to look anywhere for parts to use, then try and integrate them. An upcoming series will revolve around using parts from dime-store toys (like the cheap plastic toys you get out of vending machines) combined with minifigs. m19 Quote
Clone OPatra Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 I love all of your figures, and this is no exception. WHat makes your work so good is how clean it is; even though you've painted and heavily modified elements, it's extremely hard to tell that you've cut or messed with anything. It looks so clean! I love the hands, too. They're both ridiculous and menacing at the same time, which evokes a kind of evil feeling often associated with clowns. Quote
