This is a question for you Photoshop experts. I am curious if Elements 8 is a good and easy to use editor for changing backgrounds and adding effects etc to MOC photos. If not what would your recommendation be? I am a Windows 7 user. Thanks

Personally, I use an old Photoshop 7.0, so I'm not much updated on the new tools and options, but Photoshop is one of the best photo editing programs I used. Consider that I use this also for my work on fossils to edit images and compose professional plates for publication. So I'd say it's very good and fairily simple to use.

Of course, you'll need to play a bit with the features and maybe check some tutorials to get acquanited with it.

Probably, other, more up-to-date users can give you more detailed opinions :classic:
