Question about helm and backpacks

I'm wondering if anyone could tell me if you can fit a wide-brim helmet and a small backpack on a minifig at the same time or do the two pieces get in each others way.

I don't have my LEGO with me so I can't check myself.

I just checked for you, and they don't fit too well. If you press a little harder the backpack will give way enough for the helmet to fit, but it puts a little stress on the pack.

So, it's doable, but not ideal.
