jof Posted March 6, 2006 Posted March 6, 2006 Wish I had the skills to do my own track mods... :-/ Very expensive if you go wrong though, with 9V powerd track prices. Jof Quote
WesternOutlaw Posted March 7, 2006 Posted March 7, 2006 This would be an interesting piece for a layout. The ingenuity behind the development amazes me. Quote
Hobbes Posted March 7, 2006 Author Posted March 7, 2006 Very expensive if you go wrong though, with 9V powerd track prices.Jof Exactly. That's why I haven't tried anything yet. I rather bought some modded track (including switches) from a guy who sells his work. And IMHO it's worth every cent. I think I linked to his brickshelf gallery once: Ondrew Hartigan's modded track What I like is that he keeps the original "end piece" of the track to the mod so you can put the mods together like normal track. And he doesn't use glue (except for very short track). Amazing skill. I'm totally satisfied with his work..... OK, enough adverstising ;-) Quote
snefroe Posted March 8, 2006 Posted March 8, 2006 i wonder if it fits into a closed circuit tho. after all, you don't really have many different pieces to make ends meet.... Quote
