Johnno Posted April 25, 2010 Posted April 25, 2010 Hello, Your members are very creative, and their work is inspiring. Hopefully I can learn a thing or two from them. I seem to be going through an odd phase of my life where I just can't get enough of LEGO. Anyone else suffer from this? I hope I'm in the right place. Johnno Quote

Johnno Posted April 26, 2010 Author Posted April 26, 2010 Welcome to Eurobricks. What themes to you like? My favorite set that I own would be 10198, Tantive IV. I through some mods in there, stiffened up the back end and tacked on some pieces of flare. I love it! But when it come to building...it's gots to be Castle and anything castle-like. Quote

Most people here I would guess subscribe to the theory that you an never have enough LEGO - at least until you run out of room, you run out of money or your wife/husband runs out of patience. :) Your next step is to find a convention to go to. Living out here on the Left Coast I go down ever year to Seattle for BrickCon in October. If you are more in the middle you might like to try for Chicago's Brickworld in June. And if you have crazy money there are lots of other great conventions (see BrickWiki: Events). Quote
