An introductory view from head-on.

The first of many quarter-angles. No, I don't know why I built that sword shrine thingy into it, :pir_laugh2: but I thought it looked cool. Maybe it's part of the pirates' treasure. :pir-tongue:

From this view you can see the cannon cove, back of the tower, stairs and ladder leading up to it, a chest behind, and of course, a shark!

From here you can see the commander of the Shark Pirates well, and the stairs leading from the first to second level, and a small torch.

1000369d.th.jpg

A Shark Pirate with a particular sense of style and weaponry walks down the stairs that lead to the armed lookout tower, and conceals the pirates' treasure! (That almost sounded like a TLG write-up!) :pir_laugh2:

Side angle, note the doorway to the cove, and the small island that the stairs lead to, with a bush and storage barrel.

Hear the flora of the island is prominent, as well as the lamp post in the foreground, topped by the Jolly Roger and the Shark Pirates' signature blue.

Side view of the other umm... side. A Shark Pirate cannoneer mans a mini-cannon, nice profile of the sword shrine, and a scorpion lurks beneath an ancient window.

A straight shot of the rear, or is it the front? It does have the cannon after all, and the treasure sword is on the other side... :pir-laugh:

And just for the heck of it, sky view. Would you believe this is the first time I put it on a blue base-plate (I had to borrow it from my Imperial Trading Post), and that each edge of the island is exactly six studs from the edge of the plate?

Anyway, I hope ya'll enjoy it. Let me know what you think. Comments and constructive criticism, etc etc are welcome. :pir-grin:

You mean the 89 series? Thanks! I wasn't going for that on purpose, but it kinda does, doesn't it? Reminds me of sets like Sabre Island.

Thanks for the comments and views, everyone. I have a lot of MOCs already built actually, it's just a matter of cleaning them photographing, formatting and editing the pictures, uploading them, and then posting them here. It's almost more work than creating the sets themselves. :pir-laugh:

I really like this as I said before, it has a nice old set feel, and the shark in the water is cool as well, I also like your little landing space, and the cannon boat is cool :pir_laugh2:
