It's very nice for somthing made out of the pieces of only one set.

Does it only use pieces from that set ir did you fill in the gaps with your own ?

Yes...It made from 7993 all source, hence, it is not recommend to put the finger and force push in the roof!

Interesting design, not really my cup of tea though, but I do like the garage door trick - very clever - I feel you could change it slightly in to a car dealership or still a servo but a totally different design like in this three storey mode.
