Very nice scene. The monster is built well but as said the hands looks unfinished.

Great background, good solution on the splintered door.

On the troll: I think the head could be a little bigger; and the torso more hunched. But that's just how I think of a cave troll, more bestial, if you know what I mean. I like the leg solution a lot, and the club is good too.

Having just finished watching not only the Extended Editions of all 3 films but all 6 disks worth of Appendices/extra content, I can say that (with the exception of the hands) it looks GREAT.

I just wanted the hands to grip stuff, and basically just copied what miniland builders use on their figs - as it's basically the same scale so maybe I copped out on that a little... The most annoying thing to attach was the head (believe it or not) and I made it so small because cave trolls have *no* brains Anyway, thanks y'all!
