Hi guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble with Lpub at the moment. It has imported by MLCad file fine, and generated the steps, but when it generates the pictures for the instructions using LDView it crops them all so I can only see part of the image. Changing the scale options doesn't help.

I'd appreciate it if anyone who has had this problem could help.

Also, how do I create sub-assembly steps within a building step? I watched the video at http://www.viddler.com/explore/anoved/videos/22/ but I still don't understand how to do it from scratch. How do I set that up in MLCad?

Thanks for your time.

Is it possible you've saved some preferences in LDView that are causing this problem?

Try resetting the preferences in LDView. Run LDview, select Edit/Preferences and press the Reset button on the General tab.

I am having the same problem of cropped images inside LPub 4. Is there an explanation for the issue? I have not found any other reference on the internet to my problem, so I am pulling my hair out over this frustrating situation.

The question should be reported in the new "LEGO Digital Designer and other digital tools" section.

You should inform a moderator in order to move the thread. :classic:

Can you post your file which has the problem.

It is rather difficult to guess the problem or give a solution

I saw similar issues, but it appeared to only affect certain files and usually only a single page or two.

Not sure what's causing it or why...but if you go back to an older version and just export the pictures, it works fine.
