Holodoc Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 The rating scale lacks one more number: (perfect) 10! Indeed a minifig to die for (besides the nurse, of course )! MUST HAVE! Can't wait to see these in Billund. You're going to take them with you, aren't you? Quote
CopMike Posted March 23, 2010 Author Posted March 23, 2010 Congrats, CopMike!I have a request. If it's not too much trouble, would you mind doing a comparison between her hair and the similar hair found on other recent figs (Agent Trace, the female pirate from Shipwreck Hideout and the Advent Calendar, etc.)? I was curious about how similar the headgear / accessory elements are, since it was my understanding all the "accessory" items in this line are unique (so that all those elements that do already have versions in general use are at least slightly resculpted here). Is the hair the same, or is it indeed a slightly different mold? Looks the same to me: and Girl Power ! Quote
Norro Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Looks the same to me: and Girl Power ! Funny how the brunette switch improves it for me... God Bless, Nathan Quote
Blondie-Wan Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Looks the same to me: Thanks for that. So no apparent difference, then? Hm. I guess they're allowing some existing elements besides basic heads, torsos and hip/leg assemblies (which makes sense, considering some of the accessories like the crash test dummy's license plate are just regular bricks, plates and/or tiles, albeit with unique prints - say, could that mean they simply don't intend to ever produce this hair element in this color again?)... the Inventor Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Outstanding fig, the only thing I don't like is the facial expression, but apart from that its awesome. Thanks CopMike for the pictures. I really want them now. the Inventor Quote
ACCURATEin Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Definitely a hot minifig for sure! Congrats on getting your hands on this one. Quote
Enilder Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 Funny how the brunette switch improves it for me... God Bless, Nathan +1. Quote
AllanSmith Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) The minifig bag & mini poster are the same as the previous #13 The Spaceman. The item# of the bag is 4568039, also as before. Are the unnumbered bar codes on the back right hand side the same for both minifigs? Edited March 23, 2010 by AllanSmith Quote
The Real Indiana Jones Posted March 23, 2010 Posted March 23, 2010 (edited) Ooooh... Blonde "hot-girl-hair"!! And is it the same color as Willie Scott's and Elsa Schneider's from the Indiana Jones theme? Their hair color is listed as "bright light yellow" on BrickLink. And I agree... She's totally hot as a brunette too!! Thanks!! Douglas Edited March 23, 2010 by The Real Indiana Jones Quote

Derek Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 YOU LUCKY! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU FOUND IT! I will search for these, very little hope except TRU. Good luck with that . This line looks very promising. Thanks for the mini-review! I'm so glad that we are getting some of these unique minifigs that we would have no chance of getting in an official set! Hate to be a bother, but would you either describe and/or take a picture of the bottom of the stand? It looks like a nice piece... Thanks! -darthperson Quote
WhiteFang Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Thanks CopMike for bringing us this review, and of course, you finally got your dream come true! I am really excited about this right now. Quote

Grimmy Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 This is a really nice minifig that my niece would love! This is one of my favorites too. Cop Mike seems to have the hookup when it comes to early previews Quote
CopMike Posted March 24, 2010 Author Posted March 24, 2010 Are the unnumbered bar codes on the back right hand side the same for both minifigs?Yes, they are: And is it the same color as Willie Scott's and Elsa Schneider's from the Indiana Jones theme? Their hair color is listed as "bright light yellow" on BrickLink. Basicly, but a little, little brighter, somewhere inbetween Light Yellow and Bright Light Yellow : But I don´t know if that´s a new color or just a variation of any of the above. That's the University of Memphis logo! You´re totally right: Thanks for correcting me! Hate to be a bother, but would you either describe and/or take a picture of the bottom of the stand? It looks like a nice piece...Here you go: One more pic of the hair: Enjoy! Quote
GI blockage Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Is the view from behind too hot for the forums, or can the rest of us have an ogle too? Quote
Rick Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 But I don´t know if that´s a new color or just a variation of any of the above. Guess it's a variation. When you first posted the pictures, it kinda looked like it was made out of white chocolate. Quote
Dennimator Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 (edited) Whoa! This is my fav of the series as well, mostly for the hair and pompoms. So, how did you get these? Copmike, you don't deserve this girl. If the figures are available to me before EB event, I will throw random thick poly-bags at you, making sure though, by CT-scanning, that no cheer leaders are inside. Why does that line sound familiar... Ooh, can you please throw some at me too? Edited March 24, 2010 by Dennimator Quote
SuperChris Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Love it. It has to be one of the best figs from the 1st series well apart from the clown! Quote
YG-49 Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Copmike - Can you provide a side pic? I want to know if she has side printing, because in this: She does, and I wanted to make sure. Quote
Bobskink Posted March 24, 2010 Posted March 24, 2010 Even if this girls has a lovely pair of pompoms. The figuer itself is quite boring compared to the rest. Quote
