FinalFeature Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 (edited) After watching a episode of Batman: The animated series i felt like building a Batmobile or a Batcave. I chose the batmobile since i have never built a moc of a car. I might build the batcave someday. It also looked good for my comic con project. Without further delay i present The Batmobile. Overview: Behind the Batmobile. I used yellow cheeseslopes instead of flame pieces to give it a different look than the official Lego version. Side view of the Batmobile. The window can be taken off to be able to put a figure in the Batmobile. The window piece is from this set. I chose it since it looks like the Batmobile is going through rubble. Finally, Batman can run over any villain he wants. Comments and questions are welcomed. Edited March 22, 2010 by LegoGalactus Quote
prateek Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 This is a really cool Batmobile, but I don't really like that windshield. Other than that is great though Quote
Batbrick Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Hmmm, it's an interesting and rather effective design, but I feel its let down a lot by lack of proper colour parts. The canopy just looks plain out-of-place with the squid markings, and the large amounts of grey/silver seem a nit too much as well. I'm not ragging on your design however, which I think is really well done and looks great, and I understand you probably have a lack of proper coloured parts. Batbrick Away! Quote
FinalFeature Posted March 22, 2010 Author Posted March 22, 2010 I have enough parts but i have not finished sorting my pieces to find the right pieces. For the window as i said before was chosen since i thought it looked like the batmobile was going through rubble. I chose the silver to give it a different look than the other Batmobiles.
