Madcat2000 Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 Dreaded Porcupine was the name given to a biomechanical creature that was found by a UA* patrol ship in and astroin feild. When they found the creature they beleived it to be wreckage of an ordinary space ship. Upon approaching for close inspection they saw the of it's "eye" dimly flickering a dim red. Quick realising it was a member of the rumored mysterious race that was destroy colonies on the edge of inhabited space. When radioing back to the commander wondering what to do with the creature they were shocked when he ordered them to bring the monster back to headquaters immediately and tell no one. Under incredible secrecy the creature was repaired, using human technology where nothing remained of what was originally there. The creature was kept tightly restrained as repairs were going on, although they were'nt needed as the creature never tried to attack the crew. Even once it was fully healed, it was puzzlingly docile. The creature, out of gratitude for saving it, now serves as a nightmare of an attack dog alien for the UA*. This originally started as a "satellite hacker"(like Soundwave in the new Transformers movie). As it took shape it turned into an attack drone/space probe. Close to finishing it I realized it looked like a Black Fantasy** monster, though it had dark grey on it. That's were the story started forming. By the way, don't try taiming demonic-planet-destroying-aliens-born-out-of-fear-and-hatred, it doesn't end well (I call dibs on using that to explain scars) * The UA(Urban Assault) is the name of my lego army, it's colour scheme is light grey, dark grey and black. Most of it's made in LDD do to my lack of enough physical bricks, I plan on buying most of them eventually(this one costs 71.50 for the DP alone). I've posted others on here before, you can fing them by looking up the topics I"ve made. ** Credit for the original Black Fantasy creatures gos to Nannan. Quote
