csimian Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I won these in the Christmas raffle and could use the money. I'd like to sell them as one lot. I am in the US, accept paypal, and can ship int'l. Buyer will pay exact shipping costs. Make me a reasonable offer.
Matn Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 I this actually permitted? Selling prices you won for nothing? And wouldn't CopMike be dissapointed, as he put a lot of work (and probably a lot of money) in getting these wonderful figures together? I'm sure you could build a nice MOC with one or a few of these figures.
commdr_neyo Posted March 17, 2010 Posted March 17, 2010 (edited) If you may sell these, you have to pay attention which head you've got for the troll king, (Mine (and the one in the prices picture) has the normal orc head instead of the one with the scar.) so you don't sell an 'incomplete' fig (I don't mind that I got a normal one, but some people do.). csimian Posted March 17, 2010 Author Posted March 17, 2010 I already had the minifigs except the Protocol Droid. And yes the Troll King does have a regular troll head. Didn't realize that until you pointed that out.
Dadster Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 I'm usually one for letting folks sell whatever they want at whatever prices they want, but this is a bit bad form IMO. Did you enter to win a prize just so you could sell it? Or, at the very least wait awhile before hawking the items...
csimian Posted March 18, 2010 Author Posted March 18, 2010 Well when the raffle started no one knew what the prizes were going to be. Once we found out I tried several times to switch with other winners so I didn't get duplicate minifigs (search that thread and you will see). And then last month my wife was laid off. So I am sorry if this does seem like "bad timing" or like I did not appreciate what CopMike did. It was in fact the first prize I had ever won from these forums (or any other for that matter). I wasn't planning on selling them when I found out what they were; but things suddenly got tight last month. BTW, the protocol droid is no longer available.
csimian Posted March 20, 2010 Author Posted March 20, 2010 I will sell the rest (everything except the Protocol Droid) for $20 shipped in the US. Int'l will have to pay for extra for shipping, TBD
