happymark Posted March 14, 2010 Posted March 14, 2010 (edited) new to here. maybe a stupid question. I have some Duplo (my sons grow up and do not play them that much any more). so I am thinking if I should sell them at BL/Craigslist (not sure if it can be sold well) or maybe can use some of them in MOC? Thanks! Mark Edited March 14, 2010 by happymark Quote
Patriot720 Posted March 14, 2010 Posted March 14, 2010 I think Duplo bricks are fine to use in mocs; they fit together with regular lego pieces: Quote
Tereglith Posted March 14, 2010 Posted March 14, 2010 They're especially useful if you're making a large landscape. If you need to fill up space, say, underneath a hill, one DUPLO piece takes up as much volume as eight SYSTEM pieces of the same stud dimensions. Then you can cover it with green system pieces like Patriot720 shows, and nobody's the wiser. Quote
Marko Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 (edited) I have used for example on my island creation Duplo as I did not have enough system bricks. Then I transformed Duplo plane to executive jumbo jet. Edited March 15, 2010 by Marko Quote
