Kingdom of Heaven knights

Last year I presented for my birthday Williams F1 Team Racer with the money of my Mother in Law. This year I created these Kingdom of Heaven knights. Creating some 5 minifigures was double the expense than getting some MISB rare set

Interesting work. I haven't seen that movie myself, but I like the color choices.

There's one thing I'm a little confused on though- you said that these cost twice as much as a rare MISB set... how is that possible? These are all fairly common minifig parts, and I just don't see how five minifigs could be costly... especially if you already had them in hand, and didn't buy them.

Really nice Marco. These knights really have a Classic-Castle look to them. The one with the Crusader's Cross looks the best in my opinion.

I/my son owned until now only Racers, City, Indian Jones sets. So I had to buy all the pieces from BL. As I like only NEW parts then my total bill with the brown/black horses, light gray hands/arms/legs, purple cape/torso and rest quickly came to around $100 with shipments from USA, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, UK

There's no way you should be paying that much for only five minifigs and a few horses. Shipping was probably more expensive than the figs, here, so maybe trying to get all of your items from a single big store would save you money.

It's your money, so don't let me try to tell you how to use it, but I would hope that you wouldn't want to spend more than you need to.
