Matn Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 (edited) This amazing machine was once owned by Sirius Black. Rubeus Hagrid got the motorcycle to take Harry Potter to his uncle and aunt. Harry was also taken away with this vehicle from his uncle and aunt in the Deathly Hallows. There were some new functions and a sidecar installed. Later Arthur Weasley got hold of it, and customized it still further. It's a little bit based on the 1959 Triumph 650 T 120 Bonneville, used in the Harry Potter films. This is the flying motorcycle with the sidecar attached. I doesn't look the way I really wanted, but after hours of breaking it apart and building again I decided to use this. Perhaps I'll update it later. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=4388858 http://www.flickr.com/photos/30479264@N06/4429726740/ http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/191662 Thanks for looking! Tips and comments are appreciated. Edited March 13, 2010 by Matn Quote
legomaster08 Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Very well done Matn, the use of techniques is great, would be worthy to be in an offical Harry Potter set! - LM'08 Quote
prateek Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Very nice, although it's too complicated for the likes of TLC to produce as a set Quote
not-in-use-anymore Posted March 13, 2010 Posted March 13, 2010 Yeah, they'd probably use Mutt's motorcycle, which looks silly compared to this MOC. Quote
