lightningtiger Posted March 11, 2010 Posted March 11, 2010 G'day everyone again, this time I'm starting to post my street signs and man, there will be a lot of them in the end ! First, an overview of the first lot of them..... Now closer view of some roadwork signs (more to come)...... Closer look at 'Road Closed'..... Closer look at 'Roadwork Ahead' (I also have printed but no yet made up 'Roadwork End' signs)..... Closer look, and look real close.....No parking here ! .......... This one might not end up on light pole as it maybe to high up and I want to reserve those studs for street name signs. I just have to figure out lower poles that are not too big and bulk - hence unrealistic ! Comments welcome and I'm a conformist! ! P.S. (Posting more signs a.s.a.p.) Quote

For lower signs you could use the setup used in the new traveler impulse set. It has the 2 x 2 tile sign base (as seen in many sets) with the new 1 x 1 brick with stud on side and then attaches a 2 x 2 tile with computer screen on the side stud. You could easily stick a 1 x 2 tile on that stud and make it work. Quote

Thanks 'jonwil' for your reply , yeah I think you maybe right that new brick with a 1x1 tile on top to make it neat and tidy would be the way to go, again thanks ! Oh yeah, I'm a conformist! ! Quote
