Not bad, I especially like the bullets on his jacket, that was a nice touch. I acn't really tell, id the head custom or from a set? I like the scars along with the stern smilie and glasses. YOu nailed his expression.

I've been trying to make a descent Major Dutch and I can't get his face right, mind if I borow some inspiration.

BTW, did you tried it with a black hairpiece?
