Fires-storm Posted March 5, 2010 Posted March 5, 2010 an amazing review Rufus! you went into such detail I felt I was playing with the set myself, and it was definitely helpful to learn this set had so many great features! I'm even considering buying one for myself now keep up the good work Quote
Rufus Posted March 5, 2010 Author Posted March 5, 2010 Thanks again, everyone! Great review, and I'm pretty sure those mailboxes are supposed to store the air tanks when not being used so that they can sit comfortably in their chair. A good thought. I guess you could balance the airtanks in the slot of the mailbox, so they're visible - never thought of that. Thanks! why are there visor dents in the old helmets? They were used aplenty in the old castle sets, when visors were attached via the dents: Quote
Grimmy Posted March 6, 2010 Posted March 6, 2010 (edited) I never knew the old wheels had a metal axle attached to a 2x2 plate. lol I remember how the metal axle would rust. If you've ever seen a big bag of Legos selling at the flea market, you can often find many of these old axles rusted away with wheels on them I'll let you into a little secret. I'm using the missus' aging Sony point-and-shoot compact, and an ancient version of Photoshop Elements (2.0) that came with my laptop. And lots of time and patience.I hope I'm making you proud, Master Big Cam! Thanks everyone for the feedback! Well done! I think they call that, getting the most out of what you got! And you do it well. Something many can learn from. I've slowly got back into photography recently. Edited March 6, 2010 by Grimmy Quote
