der seb Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Hi I need someone who could help me with some easy LSynth work: What I need is a quarter circle flex tube between the blue technic bricks. I have problems to run LSynth on my new PC, so I cannot do it myself at the moment. Who can help me? I can send the ldr-file if that helps. kind regards Sebastian Quote
dheyse Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Does lsynth not work on new PCs? I don't have Win7 or Snow Leopard yet, so I haven't tried them. I'm not sure this is the right kind of tube, but you could check it and see. flextube.zip Quote
der seb Posted March 2, 2010 Author Posted March 2, 2010 Hi I haven't tried it on Win 7. I use XP, but I had to reset my computer, so all settings are gone... Now I tried to install it again, but something went wrong or I forgot to set a path or, or, ... No matter what went wrong, it does not work at the moment. I also do not see any flex tube on your file, just the 3 markers. Nevertheless thank you very much. I will use some primitives this time and remove LSynth completely. Maybe a new installation will work. Quote
dheyse Posted March 2, 2010 Posted March 2, 2010 Yeah the path to the synth parts changed not to long ago once all the programs started supporting the "Unofficial" parts directory tree. The old way had the synth parts in an S subdirectory, and the new way is to skip that. The directions here work pretty good for MLCad. You'll need to set up your part search path similarly to see the synthesized bits in LDView. Quote
