Hm, good point snarky sky voice. Maybe that's what was stolen off the body. Maybe there's another at the bus. Should we go look there?

Also, there seems to be a white rolled up something in the third picture of the room. Is that the scroll without writing we already found, or a new thing? I'd perdict the first, but ya'll may have not noticed it.

So, any of ya'll want to go to that bus to collect a roster with me, 'cause I don't really fancy the idea of gooing by my lonesome.

Oh, I already tried reading it after pulling it out of someone's hands, but the paper was blank, then someone pulled it out of my hands and tried putting it bellow the light of the reddening moon, which didn't work either.

You know, does anyone have any lemon? I heard that a little dash of that stuff makes humus taste really good makes secret notes appear on blank papers, or maybe that was blacklights, oh shoot now I'm confused. :sceptic:

I forget, has anyone been able to open up the jammed drawer? If not, then maybe our missing torches are there. I've found that when drawers will not open, they are usually stuck from the inside with something too large to fit in them.

*I would like to shake the drawer alittle, or at least try*

Oh wait, I just remembered that there was some sort of mechanical contraption holding it shut... I'd like to shake it anyway.

We could try prying the jammed drawer open with the sword. Sure, it may cut out an elaborately planned puzzle, but it'd be faster!

To revive my GM/DM would say in this situation; Thou shalt do what thine GM says, or get out.

To say what a Cyber Punk dictator type would say in this situation; free-thinking is bad

To do what the sky-voice would do; SLAP

I don't know, it seems a bit too jammed for that to work.

You need to put it in an oven too, lemon juice on its own doesn't work. So even if we did have lemon...

Sorry I took the scroll

*Johnson always kept the roster on his person.*

*The blade is too thick to get behind the drawer...or some other excuse. Stop it. Stop using logic.*

Did we already have Samantha take a picture of the "blank" scroll? That has revealed invisible things before.

*Johnson always kept the roster on his person.*

Well then even if we do find it, it may be too pee-stained to read! *Checks the corpse for a piece of paper/roster*

*Samantha's picture only reveals a blank scroll.*

That implies that we are not the only people here. I don't think I let anyone leave my sight.

You mean aside from the people who have been brutally murdered?

Hm, yes, that, and the fact that we recently saw someone through a crack, and the fact that three people have been brutally murdered all seem to point to the fact that we're not alone. So, folks, it looks like we ought to try to track down a way into the box. The riddle didn't seem to mention anything about it... what are we thinking about how to do it? Maybe it has to do with the statue at the center of the room, which is also turned the wrong way.

I still think that we should search for those torches that we learned about. Does anyone remember that when Deisel messed with the left statues arms there was the sound of a pulley or something. Maybe if we move the right arm... *Walks over to the left statue and moves right arm* Or, the left arm, if my delayed recognition of my afore mentioned action reveals me nothing, could help us open the jammed drawer! I expect the drawer to have the torches, or something important that could lead us to the torches. I could be wrong, and the jammed drawer will only open after we complete the puzzle of the statues, but it's worth a try! :classic:

*There does not appear to be a pulley attached to the left statue's right arm.*

*moves left arm.* Ta-da!

*There is definitely a pulley in the wall controlled by the left arm. A torch sure would look nice in the statue's left hand.*

Just to confirm, we still have one dark tan compartment to open, correct?

If I remember correctly, that one had a thicker door like maybe a peg was blocking it (!) or there was some other clever mechanism to open it.

*Diana examines the compartment that won't open. It is thicker than the others. Possibly this compartment was blocked by a thick square peg or something clever mechanism opens it...*

Can we look at the hinge and try and knock out the peg from this side?

I'm all out of clever mechanisms at the moment.

*finds 2 torches*

Does that work?

Howabout we snap off some tree branches from that bit in the wall where they're poking through and use them as torches?

Can we set fire to the mystery wooden peg and burn the hinges off the dark tan compartment?

Are there any little mechanisms or devices that we have missed amongst the red-moon rising and the gun-pointing and body-discovering?

If I slam my beautiful head repeatedly against the tan compartment door, will that spring it open?

Can we shoot the lock off?

Why am I asking so many questions?

*The voice in the sky bangs his head against the wall.*

WAIT! I heard something! I think someone is behind this wall! Let's try to find them and ask for torches!
