lightningtiger Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 This is another one of my WIP MOC's - an ETSA half-cab flat bed with crane ! I haven't made stickers for this one yet, but I will. Note on the drivers side - the control panel to operate the crane. This is actually a total rebuild of one of my shire trucks when I realised that utility/shire/construction vehicles in the land of Oz are white (mostly) ! There is still the tow hitch for the cement mixer which I'm currently redesigning a little. When that and the stickering is done I will post more photos. Comments are very welcome - thanks for reading - oh, yeah ......I'm a conformist! ! Quote
The Player Nº1 Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 I don't have words.. Love it. Regards Quote

Chris Phipson Posted February 21, 2010 Posted February 21, 2010 Can I get one to help take down my Christmas lights? Sweet little build! It's the MOCs that are functional that are starting to please me more and more. Keep it blocky! ~Chris. Quote
lightningtiger Posted February 21, 2010 Author Posted February 21, 2010 Thanks 'Chris Phipson' for your kind words on my MOC truck - cool ! I guess it could tag team with the lighting repair truck I heavily MOD the other week to help take down some Christmas lights ! Again thanks to all who have commented and I'm a conformist! ! Quote

lightningtiger Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 Nice work . Love the cab configuration. Why thanks 'city boy', nice to see my work is still noticed after 12 months ! Pity the truck isn't, but I should do a new ETSA truck in 8 wide soon....man, that is going to be a big and tough build......Brick On Everyone ! Quote
LEGO Guy Bri Posted April 2, 2011 Posted April 2, 2011 (edited) Great utility truck 'LT' Neat cab design. I've used that 4 wide, off-set cab design on a MOC or two I went a different route, a trailer and boom (waiting on pieces) for the light pole. (I love trailer) That side by bed and boom look great for a total custom service truck look. BTW what sticker software and supplies do you use? Keep up the great work Thanks for the sticker info 'Lt'. Just read the comment on this being a year old Edited April 4, 2011 by Leg Godt Gud Quote
lightningtiger Posted April 2, 2011 Author Posted April 2, 2011 Thanks 'Leg Godt Gud' for your kind words, alright....I'll start work on a truck to replace this one....being meaning to for a long time anyway and it will go nicely in my train show layout ! Oh, and the stickers, yeah goggle images and ms paint....then photo sticker paper and an ink jet cannon printer ! Brick On ! Quote
